Areas of Responsibility
As a Digital Design and Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for both the design and test of digital blocks that will be incorporated into our latest generation of products. You will be responsible for testing a wide array of digital designs that are written in the Verilog HDL, and your responsibilities will include design for test, built-in self test, scan chain, timing analysis and functional verification.
You must work well in teams or individually, with the ability to work unsupervised for periods of time. You must be familiar with Verilog, simulation tools such as Modelsim or NCSim, and have experience with FPGA based design on Xilinx, Altera or Lattice platforms. The ability to debug an analog circuit is a plus, and you must be comfortable working in a lab environment with tools such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, clock generators and spectrum analyzers. Any experience with delta-sigma modulation techniques is an asset.
