We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to assist with the growth and integration of new franchise partners.
Responsibilities
Responsible for business development throughout western Canada through cold calling, client presentations and responding to tenders.  Must be willing to travel extensively and on short notice. Work collaboratively with the Marketing department to develop collateral material and promotional programs to support the business growth. Work closely with the Executive Team in a coordinated effort to target new accounts. Act as a company representative at various trade shows and conferences. Requirements:
Self-motivated and confident individual who is comfortable in generating new business through cold calling and interacting face to face with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong knowledge of business acumen. Very adapt and flexible in their approach Ability to travel as required Confident in interpreting complex solutions and information to assist developing best practice policies and approaches for business development. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
