We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Clerk to join us in our office. Recording Day to Day Transactions Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable Reconcile general and trust account Assist in the preparation of financial statements Maintain chart of expenses Maintain an orderly accounting filing system Administrative Support to the office (filing, faxing, reports etc) Check figures and postings, and for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Monthly expense variance analysis Monthly cash flow and forecast analysis Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for company accountant Ad Hoc projects as required QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of previous experience in a Bookkeeping role Excellent verbal and written communication skills( English ) High levels of organization and attention to detail Able to manage prioritie in a fast-paced environment Swift with scheduling tasks and streamlining workflow Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous and professional phone demeanour TECHNICAL SKILLS: In
Expertise with accounting software ( Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online ) Experience with legal accounting software ( PC law ) Advanced computing skills and proficiency (Apple/Microsoft) Good knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel) Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Proficiency in accounting payable/receivable principles Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Additional knowledge of tax/ledger/reporting software also a bonus (TurboTax, Xero) EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
Diploma in Business Accounting(At least 2 years or higher diploma/degree) High school or equivalent PRIOR JOB EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year as a Bookkeeping clerk or Bookkeeper. LANGUAGE SKILLS:
